For any damage caused by an emergency or any repairs needed at home NPM will oversee all work including arranging and managing all the necessary labor and subcontractors

For any work done by an NPM member or employee, the hourly rate is $75 hour.

Jesse is a proud native Nantucketer and the hardworking founder and owner of Gauvin Gardens. a local landscaping and gardening business for over 20 years. Jesse has built a reputation for excellence, combining her love for the island’s unique beauty with a passion for sustainable and stunning garden design.

Jesse and her brother, Tris, helped their father, Norman Gauvin, as kids with their dad’s caretaking company, which he operated for over 40 years. One of the first caretaking companies to exist on Nantucket.

Pete Ahern

Pete has 25 years of experience in the Nantucket construction industry, growing up on Nantucket and raising his own family here on island, Pete Ahern is a highly skilled carpenter, subcontractor, and project manager.

Known for delivering exceptional high-end custom homes. Specializing in intricate carpentry and fine woodwork, Pete has built a reputation for craftsmanship and precision, transforming client visions into bespoke, luxury homes that stand the test of time.

Tris Gauvin

A native-born Nantucketer, Tris Gauvin’s roots run deep on the island. With 26 years of experience at Toscana Corporation, Tris’s career is a true testament to hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Today, Tris serves as Toscana Corporation’s Job Site Manager, overseeing all aspects of structural projects from start to finish. His deep understanding of both the craft and the intricacies of project logistics has made him an invaluable asset to Toscana and its clients.
